We ship orders using Australia Post and Parcel Right, depending on your location and the most efficient delivery method available at the time of dispatch.

What do I do if I enter the wrong address?

We’ve recently added an address editing option after checkout to help reduce errors — please double-check your details carefully before confirming your order.

If you realise you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible by emailing support@xaliorganics.com with your order number.

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually update the address for you.
  • While we’ll do our absolute best to action changes before shipping, we can’t guarantee amendments once an order is placed.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to change the delivery address and a $20 “return to sender” fee will apply if the parcel is returned to us.
