Please note that we are unable to cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
INCORRECT, MISSING OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition to give you the best experience possible!
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

RETURNS
If you need to return products in accordance with this Policy, please contact hello@xaliorganics.com to find out how to send damaged products back to us.
Please always include your order confirmation number in the subject line as well as pictures of the products you wish to return.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Our money-back guarantee does require you to use our products for 60 days. We do require before and after photos to understand your concerns, so please remember to take photos before using Xali Organics Lash Serum.
We provide a full refund inclusive of the standard shipping cost to you. In order to receive a full refund, the customer must return the product and is responsible for the the return shipment cost to our Melbourne warehouse.
The refund is capped once per product. If you have ordered multiples of the same product, please make sure any other items are returned unused for a full refund.

We do not offer money-back guarantee on any sensitivities/allergic reactions. These are very rare for our customers, however like with any other cosmetic product some users can be sensitive or allergic to one or more ingredients.
