Apply starting from the inner corner of your upper lash line, where the lashes meet the skin. Use gentle, sweeping motions to ensure even coverage and apply a thin line of serum along the roots of your lashes. Simply glide the applicator along the base of your upper lashes, similar to how you would apply an eyeliner. Avoid getting the serum directly into your eyes, eyeball or waterline.

Being a natural product with no hormones or nasty ingredients, side effects from our serum are extremely rare. If you have sensitive skin, please seek the advice of your dermatologist first before purchase.

Great question! Yes, it sure is safe! Our Lash Serum is water-based with no oil or alcohol, so it will not affect the efficacy of the glue. In fact, using our Lash Serum will help strengthen and thicken your lashes so your lash sets will look fuller and your retention will improve!

We suggest using the serum daily until you achieve the desired length. Once achieved, we recommend moving to a maintenance application every 3-4 days. If you completely cease use of the lash serum, over time your lashes will go through their natural lash shed cycle and eventually will return to their normal, natural length.

Just like the hair on our heads, our eyelashes go through a natural "shed cycle," where they periodically fall out and regrow. This is completely normal, similar to how we lose a few strands of hair when brushing or washing.In most cases, lash shedding is a healthy part of the growth process and isn’t a cause for concern or an indicator of an underlying issue.

Yes, our Lash Serum can be used on both upper and lower lashes for comprehensive lash growth and conditioning. However, it is important to note that the lash serum does naturally transfer from the top lashes to the bottom when you blink. You can definitely apply to the bottom lashes if you wish, however we recommend being extra careful as it is closer to the eye.

Our Lash and Brow Serum share the same tried, tested and well loved formula, it’s their applicators that make all the difference! Our Lash Serum has a small applicator for a precise application along the lash line, whereas our Brow Serum has a slightly larger applicator, more like a lip gloss, that allows for an easier application on a larger surface area like the brows. This helps to reduce cross contamination between using the same applicator on lashes and brows.
